Using the RidePASS Site for ANC Tuning

Welcome to the RidePASS site! This is where you can personalize the performance of your AudyseCORE system to match your riding conditions and helmet fitment. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started.

What Is RidePASS?

RidePASS gives you access to four Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) tuning levels, designed to match the two installation types we support:

  • Ear Cup – for users with memory foam earcups (standard configuration)

  • Foam Cover – for users using only the slim foam speaker cover without the full ear cup

Each variant has its own optimized tuning. Be sure to select the configuration that matches your setup.

Choosing Your ANC Level

Once you’ve selected your installation type, you’ll see four ANC levels:

  • Low (default)

  • Medium

  • High

  • Very High

Important: These levels don’t represent how “effective” the ANC is. Instead, they reflect how aggressively the ANC is pushed.

Start at Low. With a proper fit, low or medium ANC should deliver excellent performance. Pushing the ANC harder (High or Very High) may result in crackling or clipping, especially under real-world riding conditions due to pressure fluctuations. If you experience these issues, try lowering the setting or improving your fitment.

Fitment Matters Most

ANC performance relies heavily on how well your headset is installed in the helmet. Here’s what to check:

  1. Speaker Alignment
    Your speaker pads must be:

    • Horizontally and vertically aligned with your ear canals

    • Touching or very close to your ears

  2. Spacer Use
If your helmet has deep ear pockets, use the included spacers to bring the speakers closer to your ears.

  3. Simulate Over-Ear Fit
Your goal is to replicate the feel of an over-ear headset inside your helmet. That means full contact between the speaker pad and your ear.

Pro Tip: Remove your helmet’s cheek pads and feel for your ear canal with your fingers. Then, align the speaker pad with that position inside the helmet.

For best results, follow these two setup guides before tuning ANC levels:

Quick Start Summary

  1. Visit the RidePASS site.

  2. Select your install type (Ear Cup or Foam Cover).

  3. Leave ANC on Low for your first ride.

  4. If you’re happy with the performance, you’re all set.

  5. If you want more aggressive noise cancelling, try Medium.

  6. Avoid High or Very High unless your fitment is perfect – popping or crackling is a sign you’ve gone too far.
